As you are aware, the novel coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic is spreading across all countries of the world. Some have been more severely impacted than others. Consequently, the World Health Organisation (WHO), Federal and State governments in our areas of operations have come up with measures aimed at containing and controlling the spread of the virus. These measures are achieving various degrees of success.
PAN OCEAN COMMITS TO THE SMOOTH TRANSFER OF OML 98
The equity and economic interests of all stakeholders will be protected as Pan Ocean Oil Corporation (Nigeria) Limited hands over OML 98 to the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC) Ltd. The Board and Management of Pan Ocean have reiterated commitment to the smooth transfer of OML 98 to the NPDC.

These projects are : Amukpe-Escravos Pipeline Project, Ovade-Ogharefe Gas Processing Plant Phases I and II and OML 147 Early Production Facility at Owa-Alidinma
